How can I change my delivery address?

From the moment your order has been confirmed, it is not possible make any changes. Modifications are only possible on orders that haven't been passed to the "in preparation" status.

However, please note that the transition time from "confirmed " to "in preparation" usually only takes 15-20 minutes, therefore, during busy times this is not possible. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the chosen transport company.

You can check the current status of your order by accessing "My account".
